Padre Pio Intercede for Us
Padre Pio Mass for Healing in Mind & Body continues this Monday 4th April at 7.30pm, when we will share in a network of prayer, love and support. We remain heartfully present with everyone and wish to connect with all who are ill, unwell, feeling isolated and struggling with the pressures of life. Through the gift of this Mass we will unite in prayer for all. We pray to be surrounded by the light and warmth of God’s love to heal our brokenness at this time. We hope at the end of each Mass to give a Blessing using a 1st class relic of Padre Pio. Please share as best you can knowledge of this Mass with your family & friends. The New Parish Collection Envelopes are now available. We would appreciate if those who have assisted with distributing envelopes in their areas in the past could call and collect the envelopes at the Parish Office during office hours 9am-2.00pm. If you don’t receive your envelopes during the next week, please telephone the Parish Office on 7126 2301 or leave your name and contact number in the Sacristy and we will make suitable arrangements for collection. Anyone from outside the parish who received collection envelopes in previous years should call at the Sacristy. If anyone who has not been using envelopes but would like a box please contact the Parish Office on 02871-262301.

We would also like to ask you to consider Gift Aiding the donations you make to the Long Tower Church. This means we reclaim the tax on your donation from the Inland Revenue. Anyone who pays income tax, even those who are retired but who receive a taxable pension are able to take part in the scheme – it doesn’t cost you anything extra but is an invaluable additional source of income for the Parish.

Healing Sunday, Franciscan Friary, Rossnowlagh: Healing Sunday Service will be on this Sunday, April 3rd and on the first Sunday of every month, going forward. Rosary is at 2.45pm followed by Mass/Healing Service at 3pm. Confessions are from 2pm – 5pm. Everyone is welcome.
Anam Cara Donegal, the organisation that supports bereaved parents, is holding its monthly Parent Evening for bereaved parents on Thursday 14th April at 7:15pm in the Raddison Blu, Letterkenny. This event is free and open to all bereaved parents regardless of the age your child died, the circumstances of their death, or whether their death was recent or not. We also offer an online service.
